yesterday, we celebrated my brother's graduation(college)

later i will attend my graduation ceremony. i hope everything will go well.

after watching the latest episode of Survivor Micronesia, my creative mind started to work.

i wrote a new song(lyrics only again--when will i learn to play just one instrument????). i based it on the story of kathy from survivor micronesia.

last episode, kathy decided to quit. she said she couldn't continue anymore because of a lot of things. first, her family. second, the non-stop rain. third, the situation in the Airai camp. (not sure if there were other reasons)

she said she wanted to quit and jeff probst went to the airai camp to talk to her. and there, the decision was made. kathy was pulled out of the game.

the lyrics will not be posted here,by the way. i don't think it's good enough to be posted here. i'm not that confident. i now have a lot of song lyrics unknown to the world.

Last Few Days

i spent my last few days at home. since it's the holy week, all the malls were closed.

all i did was watch my DVDs. nothing new really.

One Sad Episode

another video!

it's a sad episode with one castaway leaving the show due to his leg condition. in one challenge, jonathan penner got injured(leg). medical care was given to him, and his wounds received stitches. i thought everything was fine, but in this episode, the medic encouraged jonathan to leave the game. it was a sad and touching moment seeing the other tribe members crying for jonathan's departure.

jonathan was, as he said, "kicking ass" there. it's somehow a waste since he already had his strategies and alliances.

chet also left the game. he convinced his tribe members to vote him off. see how the other fans, tracy and erik, plus ami convince chet to vote out ozzy.

and i was also amazed by airai's strategy in the immunity challenge. and see how parvati fell when she almost made it to the platform. (they still won)

Arrivals

My sister and uncle arrived last week.

my sister arrived tuesday, and left thursday. my uncle arrived thursday, and he is still here.

it's really good to see them! i last saw my sister last month, i think. and i last saw my uncle last year(quite a long time).

and i was shocked after receiving my uncle's gifts for me--graduation gifts. i now have my own digital camera and a new mobile phone, plus other things. i was really shocked since i didn't expect to get all those stuff but i am really thankful.

EK

March 12--Enchanted Kingdom Day

most of my classmates were present there. even our class adviser was there. it was a day of fun.

i wasn't able to sleep the night before since i was playing the whole night(until morning). i was playing until 6:00(not sure), then i decided that it was time to start preparing for the EK trip. ending: i was asleep almost the entire trip(which was not new to most people).

i enjoyed the rides there!! i was not able to try space shuttle for the simple reason that it was closed. but i still had fun.

i bought souvenirs, including a picture taken from the log jam.

i was also able to bond with my classmates, which made the experience even better.

Across The Universe

i just saw the movie "across the universe" yesterday. thanks to a classmate who invited me over to his house to watch this movie.

it was a long film, but worth watching. it's a musical too, in case you want to know.

i recommend it to all Beatles fans. honestly i am not a big fan of the Beatles but i still liked the movie.

Graduation

i saw the graduation list yesterday. and i saw my name there!! YAY!!!!!!!

it's now official!

but there's a sad thing. one of my classmates may not be able to graduate. his name was not on the list.

he had a complicated case/issue. this may be the reason why his name wasn't on the list.

let's just hope for the best, and i hope he will graduate.

Immunity Challenge

this is one of the most exciting immunity challenge I've seen. it's physical and strategy combined. it was fun watching the video, especially when it gets to a physical challenge more than a strategy one.

this is a video from Survivor Exile Island. it's kind of amusing to watch these people battle it out to win immunity.

players from both teams must retrieve a bag and reach out for the mat. there's only one bag and players must use their physical strength in order to prevent the other team's players from reaching the mat while holding the bag. there were 5 rounds.

Nice Day

First i needed to pay 8 pesos in order to be cleared. it's the clearance day today and i needed to pay 8 pesos to be cleared. i was supposed to be there before 12 and i was there before 12, only, the cashier's on the way out for the lunch break. however, when the cashier person saw me, she allowed me to pay and be cleared. i was waiting for the receipt when she told me that i don't need to pay for anything. she even said something about me getting money or something like that.

then i got an A in the dance dance thing in the arcade place. yes people, an A. it's my first time so i am proud of it. i was happy when i saw that A on the screen. then we just played and enjoyed ourselves.

then i got to see 2 malls in one day. it's been a long time since i have seen the 2 malls so being there was somehow new. there were a lot of new stuff there. plus i got to "tour" the place.

plus, i was laughing almost all the time. we were doing this speaking thing something--i really don't know what to call it so let's just lave it that way. it was also embarrassing at the same time. there were times when people were looking at us and giving us some look.

and i am somehow sure that i'm going to finish something today.

BP=Blog Post about Blood Pressure!! HAHA!!

I had my blood pressure checked. my dad saw me and looked at me in a questioning way, i guess, and noticed i was pale. i was surprised because i didn't expect a statement like that.

so he asked me to get my blood pressure checked. it was 110/70. it's still normal, so i am not sick. YAY!!

he said i have to eat more.

What I Did Yesterday

no, it's not something like "i know what you did last summer" with the killings and violence. i just thought i must say this because of what i wrote in the title part.

all i did yesterday was lie around while watching DVDs, or playing computer games, or listening to music.

i was first listening to music, then i decided to play computer games. after a few hours, i decided to listen to music again. but after a few minutes, i played again. but after a few hours, again, i stopped because my hands and arms were already aching. so, i decided to just watch dvds. but i felt sleepy so i decided to just rest.

i enjoyed my day yesterday. everything i did was fun and entertaining. plus, i didn't have to spend money.

Autograph

a while ago, i got Ne-Yo's autograph.

i went to a mall where he would sign CD in-lays, or album flats(posters). i got to the mall before it was even open. i waited 20 minutes before the guards allowed me(and the other people there) to go in.

i was the first in line(to buy the CD bundle), and i waited another 30 minutes for the Cd's to arrive.(he would only sign Cd's bought in the booth, so i had to buy the CD bundle first) but some people went ahead of me because they talked to the salesgirl to let them buy first.

the host of the show was really entertaining.

i waited 3 and a half hours for the autograph signing to start. then, Ne-Yo came. people were screaming. people were going crazy.

i had him sign the album flat. i even had the chance to shake hands with him. he was smiling to everyone.

it's just sad that i didn't have a camera with me. i wasn't able to take pictures. cameras were not allowed on stage, so it's kind of fine. but still, i could have had a few pictures. but it's still OK since i have his signature.

Just Realized

i just realized that i reached 29 posts last February. this means i reached my quota for the month.

i wanted to reach 29 posts simply because there were 29 days last month. i viewed my blog page and saw "February 2008 (29)".

i am proud and happy.

the concert was great!! fantastic!! awesome!! superb!!

i enjoyed it. i really had fun there. i got to see ne-yo's dance steps live. there were times he was playing with the mic stand--it was very amusing. he would push the stand away from him, but his foot would step on the base of the stand, making the stand stay on a diagonal position. i hope you got it, i can't explain it.

i was also singing along--some songs only. i was really on a high when he sang "can we chill". i was hoping he would sing it, then minutes later, i heard the intro of the song. it was really awesome. it was a short performance, but i still enjoyed it.

i also liked the dancing part. it was cool.

his last song was "because of you". after that, the ne-yo, and the band left the stage. then the people started screaming, "more! more! more!" and, "ne-yo! ne-yo! ne-yo! after a few minutes, ne-yo came back to the stage, and everyone started to celebrate- i did. haha. ne-yo sang "when you're mad". after this, ne-yo left the stage again. people started to scream again, but it was really over.

the concert was great, even though it was a little short.
